Our items are custom made for each order, you can expect it within 4 weeks time from the date of purchase. Mertl & Valente delivers Europe only to manage our carbon footprint. We ship with trackable shipping providers.

You can return the unused purchased item within 14 days from the date of  shipment. When the item is returned to us, you will receive a refund. Return cost will be covered only if there was proven manufacturing error.
